Raytheon Technologies Senior Financial Analyst in United States

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the FoS EO/IR Program team within Surveillance Targeting Systems (STS) product line in ISRS (Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems) with financial cost review, financial reporting, forecasting, presentations and other strategic analysis.

Primary responsibilities include partnering with the Program Manager and CAMs/IPTLs (Cost Account Managers/ Integrated Product Team Leads) and provide personal involvement in the effective proposal and implementation of the contract.

Ensure that all required financial inputs (including reporting) are reviewed, analyzed and submitted on time.

Responsibilities include variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.

The team member shall also be responsible for providing the internal financial planning (e.g., bookings, sales, profit and cash forecasting and analysis) and billings. In addition, this position is responsible for regularly identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. The team member will also be responsible for assisting in any proposal activity, such as creating BOEs, gate packages, etc.

Required Skills:

• At least four (4) years of related finance experience, or two (2) years of related experience and a Master's Degree

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy in reporting

• Good written and verbal skills, including demonstrated ability to present complex information to all levels of the organization

• Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop applied solutions and process improvements

• Excellent computer skills, which include a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

• Self-motivated

Desired Skills:

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and guide in a matrix organization

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

• Experience in preparing and reviewing Estimates at Completion (EACs)

• Exposure to cash/billings

• Working Knowledge of SAP suite including APEX, PRISM, RPlan and AO Reporting

• Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve

• Understanding of Raytheon Technologies financial and accounting policies and procedures

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor's Degree with Exposure to Finance / Accounting or related discipline preferred
