Job Summary:

The RMD East Master Data Group is looking to fill a role on Material Master Team. This team member will review and update ZMR workflow requests and perform a multitude of tasks in support of all programs. This consists of but is not limited to data cleansing parts, updating Dangerous Goods information, working directly with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality and all other Business Unit teams for accurate information. This individual will also review drawings in cPDM and at times run reports in PRISM for various customers. In addition, this individual will be required to work in a highly charged team environment while multi-tasking several projects.

Responsibilities to Anticipate :

  • Supporting the Material Master Data Team by successfully processing new, change and extend material master data in ZMR workflow

  • Processing requests for MM changes with the right priority and ensures compliance with relevant SOPs.

  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Provides training on the creation, extension, or changes of Material Master records.

  • Collaborate with and provide excellent customer service to our internal customers

  • Collaborate with other enterprise Material Master Teams, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Quality, System Safety

  • Run reports (PRISM SQVI, SQ01, Kinaxis)

  • Understand DGIT to update Dangerous Goods Master

  • Support projects whenever Material Master Data expertise is required

  • Performs other duties as required.

    Qualifications You Must Have :

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or military environment or a related field or in the absence of the degree, 6 years of experience is required.
