Raytheon Technologies Sr. Supplier Assurance Process & Compliance Manager in United States

Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RI&S) has an immediate opening for a Sr. Supplier Assurance Process & Compliance Manager.


The effective candidate will be the Sr. Supplier Assurance Process & Compliance Manager of our team. The effective individual will be responsible for metrics, operation packages, quality note flowdowns, Supplier Quality Management System (QMS) levels, supplier blocking, processes, RI&S resources, councils and more.

This team is critical to the flowdown of requirements to suppliers as well as support for the entire Supplier Assurance organization. This candidate will provide front line leadership to a team of individuals and work collaboratively across various other functions, including Operations, Product Assurance, Supply Chain, etc., as well as the Business Units of Raytheon Technologies. This role will interact with digital transformation projects and metric analysis, as well. The effective candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, ability to affect others to facilitate action, and effectively communicate with all levels of management.

U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position will require the ability to access U.S. only data systems.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in process development/improvement and or planning

  • Minimum 5 years working experience within Supply Chain, Quality, Operations or a related field

  • Ability to integrate and organize data from multiple sources

  • Ability to create actionable information from data

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience with ERP Systems and reporting applications (i.e. SAP and Business Warehouse)

  • Experience problem solving and demonstrating analytical skills

  • Demonstrated performance in supervising employees

  • Highly proficient in relevant software applications (MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience as a change agent, able to energize and impact across all levels

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment with time criticality.

    Desired Skills

  • Experience leading technical disciplines such as Manufacturing, Quality, or Design Engineers

  • Experience with CORE and or/continuous improvement methods

  • Working knowledge in Stages

  • American Society for Quality (ASQ) Quality Management Certification.


  • Typically requires a degree in Business, Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

    Salary Range $106,500 - $223,500
