Raytheon Technologies Contractor Program Security Officer in Waltham, Massachusetts
Serve as Contractor Program Security Officer (CSPO) or Alternate CPSO for assigned classified programs
Oversee the pre, during ,and post construction build-out of designated classified spaces in accordance with ICD 705 standards and program customer requirements and instructions
Support the successful operations of multiple classified programs, including but not limited to security management, personnel security, security education/training & awareness, document –media control, physical security, self-inspections, communications security, and contract administration, etc.) for assigned programs
Assist in the administration/operations of secured classified spaces (open/close of rooms, containers, response to alarms, review/conduct open/close end of day checks, etc.)
Serve as Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for assigned classified program automated information systems
Manage the development/operation of stand-alone classified program systems and or interconnected classified program system nodes
Design, develop, and maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages in accordance with applicable U.S. government security compliance requirements
Conduct weekly audits on assigned classified systems
Support unclassified IT assignments in partnership with the Director of Cybersecurity – Information Assurance (GSC)
Manage special projects as assigned by the Executive Director, GSC
Background:
Ability to successfully partner with a wide range of stakeholders – including but not limited to program security officials, representatives of various government customer areas of responsibility, system certification authorities, and business unit prime contractor program security personnel
Ability to work in time-sensitive environments in support of high visibility Corporate and Business Unit technology and engineering programs and focus areas
Recent practical first-hand experience as a CPSO or ACSPO and ISSM or ISSO
Practical first-hand experience with special access programs required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 8 years of experience in a Security role.
Current final Top Secret clearance and active eligibility based upon a successful SSBI – T5 – TR5 (in-scope) investigation.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance and program accesses.
Knowledge of JSIG-RMF and DoD SAP Security Manual requirements.
Active Security + certification at start date and ability to obtain/maintain additional customer requested DoD 8570 appropriate certification(s) within 1 year as needed.
Position is based in Waltham, Massachusetts – no telecommute or extended remote work from home capability is available.

May be required to work off hours (nights and weekends) in response to security / customer needs
