Raytheon Technologies Supply Chain Administrator/Property in Waterford, Connecticut

Job Description:

Successful candidate will provide Logistics and Property support for a site integration effort at the supplier location in Wallingford, CT. This person will be responsible for establishing, administering and maintaining the Property Management System and supporting the property lifecycle from acquisition through receiving, identification, utilization, maintenance, inventory, subcontractor control, relief of stewardship, and contract closure. This position may require frequent interfacing with internal and external customers on property issues, processes, and systems. Daily interface with functional support is required to accomplish the mission. The team member will perform an initial physical inventory at contract start up shortly after receiving the property. This position will provide full time Property/Stores support during the integration period to ensure that all GFE is appropriately protected, issued, tracked and accounted for during the period of performance. Provide transportation planning for final shipment of End Item Deliverables and ad hoc deliveries. This position requires working on multiple assignments to perform and support research, audits, analysis, and system transactions by creating, reviewing, approving, and correcting property records, reports, and systems.

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of Government Property

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1, and a basic understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies doing business with a defense contractor highly desired

  • Must have ability to lift 32 pounds unaided

  • Advanced Computer Skills – Applied computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to research data and performing transactions in business systems

  • Experience with processing government loss reports

  • Knowledge planning and scheduling transportation

  • Ability to work autonomously to accomplish the mission

  • Self-starter and fast learner with superior attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player with excellent customer service skills

Desired Skills:

  • Current National Property Management Association (NPMA) Property Certification

  • Working knowledge of IUID virtual and physical requirement

  • Prior knowledge working with DD250 and DD1149 documents

  • Current working experience with government property

  • Working knowledge of an Enterprise System

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Understanding of other supply chain activities

Minimum Education Required: BS or BA preferred
