Materials Handler II, handles, stores and moves various non hazardous components (materials) within the warehouse (s). their main duties includes, but not limited to:
Loading and Unloading materials
Verifying The accuracy of quantity and Quality of incoming receiving
Labeling every product and placing them in their respective warehouse locations
Identifying, locating and picking the right product/components for production orders and sales orders
Enters and maintains inventory records
Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas
Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, and distributes items to production assembly lines
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
Weighs or counts items for distribution to ensure conformance to company standards
Arranges stock parts in specified sequence
Perform and report cycle counts
Other duties as required and assigned
Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Able to work with minimal supervision, be proactive
Data entry, Math, and Computer Skills
Attention to details and problem solving Skills
Must be able to work well in a team
Ability to read, write and to follow instructions, and work independently with little guidance
Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management computer software
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends
