CSSS is looking for energetic and highly motivated candidates for its Materials Management Organization. This position is the focal point for the management and execution of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the business. SIOP is a structured planning process designed to gain consensus between sales, finance, procurement, manufacturing and logistics. Allowing them to efficiently use assets, maintain high levels of service and avoid lost sales. This process is executed monthly, and requires coordination across all functions within the business. This position will also be responsible for coordinating across multiple CSSS sites and developing an integrated SIOP process for the CSSS value stream. Applicants must exhibit a high degree of initiative and sound judgment, working independently and as a member of the planning & scheduling team. It is essential the individual be capable of adapting to changing conditions and work cooperatively in a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

o Coordinate Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) process o Leads cross functional meetings with program managers, production leaders, planners, finance, and senior leadership monthlyo Collect and measure OTD data and RCCA, and prepare weekly/monthly leadership metric packageso Conduct monthly demand reviews by program and work with program/contracts organizations on future forecasted demando Focus on advancing SIOP maturity at all CSSS sites, and create training and process documentationo Manage the on-time delivery data, monitoring all current overdue and working with program management to understand future potential delivery misseso Drive SAP clean-up activities for planning using metrics around aging requisitions and production orderso Drive utilization of planning tools for make-to-order products, engineered-to-order products, and customer returns.o Maintain program dashboard metrics for planning

Basic Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience in Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing; or at least 10 yrs of related experience is required.o Self-starter with a positive attitude who can work at setting priorities while multi-tasking to meet various deadlines on short noticeo Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and assignmentso Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, verbally and in writing, to all organizational levels and cross-functional groupso Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationso Experience with SAP, Production Planning, or Project Management preferred.o Ability to effectively work cross-functionally and influence, advise and direct members outside the direct reporting structure to perform job requirements and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

o APICS CPIM preferredo Team and / or Project Leadership experienceo Experience with Lean and ACE / Continuous Improvement
