We are seeking an Employee and Labor Relations HR Co-op to join our team! Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist implementing employee activity programs

  • Develop, analyze, and summarize excel based reports/data analytics

  • Provide information regarding employee inquiries in a timely manner

  • Coordinate events supporting employee engagement/ manager leadership

  • Partner with HRBP’s to administer HR initiatives

  • Working directly with senior managers and HR leadership to support their organizational needs

  • Managing requests from Collins / P&C and assisting with various needs

  • Participating in and driving forward Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion activities and initiatives

  • Playing an active role in AMS and Ops & Quality talent initiatives and leadership development

  • Partnering with recruiters, total rewards, and talent partners to support recruiting and hiring efforts

  • Developing and presenting professional PPTs

  • Running compensation analyses, salary planning, and incentive pay coordination

  • Supporting deliverables for Operations Leadership Program for P&C (OLP)

  • Support Windsor Locks CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) administration including, grievance process, investigations, and other duties as assigned.

  • Support 2021 union negotiations

  • Support and coach management team on labor relations processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder
