Collins Global Supply Chain organization is seeking a Specialist, FP&A, Suppyl Chain Management professional; this position requires a candidate with the ability to work well with all levels of the Collins and RTX supply chain organizations in a challenging, fast – paced environment. The candidates should have both strong analytical and communication skills and be able to provide a high level of customer support along with a strong focus on driving business results.
Oversee team of analysts responsible for preparing financial analysis in support of supplier negotiations for long-term supply contracts and tactical sourcing decisions
Oversee process to forecast purchased part cost for annual and long range plans, monthly leadership review as well as customer proposals; incorporating cost reduction and sourcing strategies
Support RTX synergy initiatives and drive the process for reporting alignment between the central RTX, Collins and Collins SBUs
Support ad hoc AP/AR issues and provide resolutions to reduce overdues as well as supporting cash flow improvement; support various supplier settlements as needed
In support of GSC’s supplier risk management strategy, oversee process for continued development of tools to assess potential supplier financial risk
Assist with GSC’s annual eSOX testing to ensure proper internal controls over key supply chain processes
Drive process improvement and automation of key tools and processes suing ACE/CORE framework
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR
In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is Required
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across Operations (RTX functions, Collins commodity managers and Collins SBU Indirect leads and SBU finances
Strong data analytics skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or team at all levels
Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and 3 years of experience in a finance/accounting role.
Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
HFM and/or SAP
This position is remote capable.
