The Uncrewed Systems market has strong growth potential but requires additional focus to improve market awareness and develop/execute a growth plan. The value stream will require action to better align our processes and products to the specific demands of this market, specifically cost reduction and serial production capacity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identification and execution of actions to reduce cost of current active thermal control products by at least 50%.

  • Develop a roadmap for product-line growth including expanding customer base and target applications.

  • Meeting financial goals in support of the program/value stream’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

  • Supporting the value stream leads in program execution, review of program metrics, and development and execution of corrective action plans to mitigate impact of internal and external issues Supporting the Value Stream with capture efforts for new business opportunities. Including acting as the Capture Team Lead.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required • Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks to satisfy the needs of the customer and the value stream

  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, communication, writing and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with customers and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or Master's degree in a related engineering field is preferred

  • Experience in aerospace or technical field is preferred but not required
