Are you ready to join our team? The HR Intern will shadow a Senior Manager of HR through various domestic and international HR matters and projects. The expectation is that the person will (1) attend most, if not all, of necessary onsite or virtual meetings; (2) get to know the business leaders; begin to understand the business and how HR supports it strategically; (3) gain an understanding of the nuances and challenges of working with bargaining unit employees and providing HR support to a site with unionized production employees; (4) support HR projects including (possibly) succession planning, compensation and promotion evaluations, collaboration initiatives, leadership development programs, and other duties as assigned.

This role is hybrid, and will require relocation to the area for the summer. Basic Qualifications:• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holderPreferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or Org Development.
