Leads multiple teams headed by Business Process Management managers or supervisors, establishing and executing strategic projects to bring value and velocity to supply chain. Recommends and implements new processes and systems in support of supply chain continuous improvement. Partner with divisional senior executive leadership, key stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to identify supply chain processes, systems, tools, and metrics which can be standardized.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drives supply chain process, system, and / or tools improvements across divisions.

  • Leads cross discipline teams focusing on strategic projects to bring value and velocity to supply chain.

  • Partners with key functional executive leadership, process owners, and subject matter experts to identify supply chain process, systems, tools, and metrics, which can be standardized.

  • Leads the establishment of objectives for an execution of mapping and modeling of key supply chain business process flows to optimize efficiency and meet client needs.

  • Leads in the execution of supply chain policies and procedures focused on improving processes and systems.

  • Directs systems enhancements in alignment with supply chain strategy.

  • Custodian of supply chain business processes and sets overall vision for the processes and tools.

  • Optimizes efficiency by identifying and implementing supply chain processes, systems, tools and metrics.

  • Manages policy and procedure development and document control, IT tools and Master Data.

  • Monitors and reports business and contract compliance and develops governance/compliance of metrics for processes, policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required

  • Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in New Product Development & Launch preferred

  • APQP system development and implementation experience preferred

  • Program management experience is preferred

  • AS9100 experience is preferred

  • Documentation development and implementation experience preferred

  • APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP experience preferred.
