Responsible for the Management and oversight of global spares operational Quality performance and support. Will collaborate and work with the Original Equipment Quality teams to improve spares Quality performance and support spares operational Quality needs. Will manage all spares integration Quality support efforts. Ensure that proper Quality staffing levels are maintained to support business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages plans, guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure the achievement of quality targets.

  • Leads implementation of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.

  • Oversees quality improvement processes to ensure on-going reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and escapes.

  • Manages teams collecting and analyzing quality information from multiple sources to develop long-term quality strategy and programs.

  • Manages teams providing production process analyses, ensuring quality standards are met and making recommendations for quality improvement.

  • Develops and implements program quality plans and procedures.

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws / regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior Quality Management experience is preferred.

  • Experience with operational performance improvement planning and execution is preferred.

  • AS9100 experience is preferred.

  • Ability to travel 25% (once restrictions are lifted) preferred.
