Owns the execution of key elements of Quality and Compliance operational plans. May lead of team of primarily experienced Quality professionals or a team. Sets tactical and operational plans in support of continuous quality improvement. Provides guidance in the implementation of Quality Assurance plans and procedures.
Develops and implements program quality plans and procedures.
Develops and manages plans, guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure the achievement of quality targets.
Leads implementation of organization projects and processes to ensure overall quality is continuously improving.
Administrate AS9100 certification for site.
Facilitate Corporate audit and manage Internal Audit program.
Serve as representative on Corporate Quality Management Team and Governance council representing multiple sites.
Manage Document Management System (less design data).
Facilitate Quality Management Reviews with cross functional leadership.
Update, troubleshoot, and optimize quality processes that provide framework for site QMS.
Ensures that the quality of suppliers, products and processes are compliant with internal and regulatory standards and are continuously improving.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience OR
In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience is required.
Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Bachelor’s degree (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws / regulations.
Experience with AS9100 process and certification activities preferred.
Certified Auditor experience preferred.
